This book will make us realized that we as women have a lot of potentials to be good leaders because women are proactive, naturally emphatic and value relationships.

    As a man, I'm always curious on the other's side perspective. I truly think that the future belongs to women, by that I don't mean that men will not be part of it but there are so many things to change that we will have to level things on their side for a long time.
