This is an allegory. It’s the story of Ham the Huddler, and what happens to him and his journey of discovery. It’s about ideas and limitations and self-imposed restrictions. At least, I think that’s what it’s about. At least one of my friends in the agile software development community told me that it was about agile. Or something like that. From where I sit, it’s about whatever you think it’s about.
