A beautiful little book to teach children the doctrines of Christianity. It is told from the perspective of Emma, a little girl. She goes to her grandma one sabbath evening and tells her that she doesn't quite understand the doctrines that their clergyman talks about in the church. As a kid, she expresses her troubles of not being able to understand all that is written in the bible. She asks her grandma to explain it to her in simple words. The old grandma agrees and asks her to come to her every sabbath night for a few minutes to learn. This little book presents the wonderful lessons Emma's grandma gave her in eight nights on Christianity and Bible. With the use of words easily understood by little children, grandma told her about creation, the fall, redemption, heaven, and many more. This work is a helpful medium for kids to learn about Christianity.
