This book contains the individual stories of 4 pupils of the King Edward VI School in Southampton: S.T.A. Neil, E.L. Gutteridge, A.F. Wolfe and F.J. Drew and one member of staff, Mr O.J. Hobbs, who were killed in action during the First World War and are among the 50 Old Edwardians (O.E.s) named on the oak mural in the Commemoration Room at the school who died in this war.
