Danielle Devlin

Danielle Devlin is an English historical fiction writer and a senior editor for Virtual Zine Mag, which specialises in the voices of underrepresented writers. She has published work online and painted murals in schools and residential homes.

Burnt Offerings (2023) is her debut novel. Set during the infamous North Berwick Witch Trials, which saw many persecuted, tortured, and killed. During a time when women were powerless, Besse, a young mother with a mysteriously disappeared husband, discovers long-held secrets while fighting for justice and truth.

Danielle Devlin lives in Durham.
