Anna-Marie McLemore writes from her Mexican-American heritage and the love for stories she learned from her family. She lives in Northern California. Her debut novel THE WEIGHT OF FEATHERS (YA magical realism) is out now from Thomas Dunne Books/St. Martin's Press, and her second novel, WHEN THE MOON WAS OURS, will be released in October 2016.
